IMPRESSION: The FLEXO printing machines digital control 350m/mn speed can print up to 8 colors, flexible films up to 1300 mm of width. They are equipped with an inspection system that can detect printing errors infitésimales. This technology has enabled a significant improvement in the print quality.

PREPRESS: We are the first packaging company in North Africa using digital images since 2007, our graphic designers are familiar with d4ESKO GRAPHIC solutions and digital radiographs brand DUPONT, consequently favor the quality and finesse of our impressions, to economic issues.

The integration of graphics departments and stereotype make us the most reactive packaging company in the local market and the Maghreb.

LAMINATION: We have machines against collage without solvents alimentarités respecting the standards and to stick up against 4 different types of media (aliminuim, PE, paper, PET ..)

CUT: Is done by rewinders high-tech machines to 600 m / min speed, allow us to be the best in the local market to transform complex films with high technical requirements of tensions and alignments (films acrylic; IML , Sleeves, complex films high speeds; special hygienic PE ...).

FLEXIPACK is among the few processors in the Maghreb to master complex, specific impressions monofilms or processing of certain packaging solutions.
